These Subscription Terms govern the purchase and use of subscriptions to the TwelveReps Service, provided by IYC GROUP LLC. They are an integral part of the Terms of Service.
1. Subscription Plans
We offer multiple plans of different durations (e.g., 1, 3, or 6 months). Prices are shown when you select a plan and include any applicable taxes based on your region.
2. Initial Charge
On your first purchase, you are charged immediately at the initial (introductory) price of the plan you selected. The charge appears on your card statement as IYC GROUP LLC or “IYC GROUP.”
3. Automatic Renewal
All plans renew automatically at the end of each subscription period at the then-current standard price, unless you cancel before the end of the current period.
- Monthly plan → renews every 1 month.
- Quarterly plan → renews every 3 months.
- Six-month plan → renews every 6 months.
We will notify you by email at least 3 days before each renewal.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee.

After cancellation, you keep access to your benefits until the end of the current period you have already paid for.
5. Payment Methods
We accept the major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), as well as digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) where available. Payments are processed through certified providers (PCI DSS compliant), and we do not store your card details.
6. Payment Failure
If a renewal charge fails, we will retry for up to 7 days. If we are unable to complete the payment, your subscription will be suspended and you will be notified by email.
7. Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Any price change will take effect from the next renewal, and we will notify you at least 30 days in advance by email.

9. Right of Withdrawal (EU)
For consumers within the EU, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the purchase, unless you have started immediate access to the digital content with your express consent (in which case you waive this right under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
